These Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle rentals with Amirni Car Rental SARL and apply to both in-person and online reservations.

1. Vehicle Use

• Rentals are personal and non-transferable.
• Only the drivers listed on the rental agreement and approved by Amirni Car Rental may drive the vehicle.
• The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle and for any traffic violations.
• Off-road driving, races, rallies, or any form of competition are strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles must remain within the Kingdom of Morocco.
• Transporting paying passengers, illegal goods, or hazardous materials is forbidden.
• The renter must comply with all safety and anti-theft measures.

2. Online Reservation, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include basic insurance unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change depending on season, availability, or promotions.
• Vehicle availability is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email.
• Amirni Car Rental reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of:
  • Non-payment of the required deposit.
  • Vehicle unavailability (mechanical issue, force majeure).
• A valid driving license, passport/ID, and credit card are required for online bookings.

3. Rental Period, Deposit & Extension

• Rental fees are payable in advance.
• A security deposit is required and pre-authorized on the renter’s credit card.
• Rental extensions must be approved before the contract ends.
• Any rental day started is fully charged (00:00 to 24:00).

4. Vehicle Condition

• Vehicles are delivered in perfect working order and clean.
• The renter must not tamper with the odometer.
• Any negligence or misuse is the renter’s responsibility.
• The car must be returned with all accessories, tools, and documents.

5. Fuel & Maintenance

• Fuel is at the renter’s expense.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery.
• The renter must check oil and follow manufacturer maintenance recommendations.
• Any maintenance required due to negligence will be billed to the renter.

6. Insurance Coverage

• Basic insurance covers the renter, spouse, and direct family members listed as drivers.
• Insurance does not cover:
  • Theft or loss of personal belongings.
  • Damages caused by unauthorized drivers or illegal use.
• The renter is responsible for any deductible (franchise) in case of accident.

7. Vehicle Documents

• All necessary documents (registration, insurance) are provided.
• In case of loss, replacement and administrative fees will be charged.

8. Fines & Responsibilities

• The renter is fully responsible for fines, tickets, and legal violations during the rental.

9. Vehicle Return & Repatriation

• Vehicles must not be abandoned.
• If unable to return the car, the renter must notify Amirni Car Rental.
• Repatriation costs will be charged if required.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled pick-up.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to one rental day.
• Early returns are not guaranteed refunds and remain at company discretion.

11. Jurisdiction

• Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Marrakech, Morocco.
• Administrative and stamp duties are at the renter’s expense.
